Returns, refund, and replacement policy give you an option to return, replace, or exchange items purchased on Vivra Wellness’ platform, for any reason within the specified return/exchange period, as detailed under the guidelines and also on the product details page specific to each seller/product. However, the return/exchange shall be eligible for products that are in good condition, as determined by Vivra Wellness and/or sellers and suppliers.
