Cancellation, Return, Refund, and Replacement Policy
Returns, refund, and replacement policy give you an option to return, replace, or exchange items purchased on Vivra Wellness’ platform, for any reason within the specified return/exchange period, as detailed under the guidelines and also on the product details page specific to each seller/product. However, the return/exchange shall be eligible for products that are in good condition, as determined by Vivra Wellness and/or sellers and suppliers.
Return, Exchange & Refund Guidelines
- All refund requests must be initiated via email from the registered email ID of the buyer.
- Contact us at support@vivrawellness.com with details including the product name, order ID, description of the issue, and pictures/videos if applicable.
- The request must be made within 48 hours of receipt of the product. Requests beyond this period will be entertained at the seller’s discretion.
- If the seller approves a refund, you must return the product within 7 days of approval.
- Shipping charges for returns must be borne by the customer unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect.
- If the goods are delivered in a damaged condition, email us with photographs of the damaged product, invoice details, and barcode.
- Refunds will be processed within one week of receiving the returned goods.
Eligible Returns
- Faulty or defective product.
- Incorrect product delivered.
- Size issues (where applicable).
Non-Returnable Products
- Worn, washed, or soiled items.
- Electronics with broken seals unless faulty.
- Consumable products such as food, beverages, personal hygiene items.
- Custom-made or handmade products.
- Items purchased on sale or at a discount.
Refund Process
Refunds are initiated once the return is received and inspected. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Processing times may vary based on the payment provider.
Return Reason Categories
- Wrong Product - Incorrect delivery, different color or product.
- Defective Product - Stains, broken, torn items.
- Incomplete Product - Missing parts or quantity.
Refund Timeline
Processing time begins once the returned product is received. Refunds are generally processed within 7 business days.
